Are BugMD products safe to use around children and pets?
Many of our products are formulated with plant-based essential oils. When used as directed, they are designed to be safe for use in homes with children and pets.
How long does it take for the products to start working?
Most BugMD sprays and concentrates begin working on contact. For baits and traps, please allow 3-7 days for maximum effectiveness as pests interact with the formula.
Can I use BugMD products outdoors?
Yes, we offer specific formulations designed for perimeter defense and garden use to keep pests from entering your home.
Do I need to dilute the concentrates?
Yes, our concentrates are designed to be mixed with water in a reusable spray bottle. Specific mixing ratios are provided on each product label.
How often should I reapply the treatment?
For active infestations, we recommend applying every 2-4 weeks. For preventative maintenance, a quarterly application is usually sufficient.
